Founded in 2003, the WorldDoc Charitable, Education and Research Foundation, Inc. is an independent, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, whose mission is to reshape how uninsured, at-risk and vulnerable populations experience health care at the community level to improve health outcomes and reduce societal costs.

The WorldDoc Foundation is the philanthropic arm of WorldDoc, Inc, founded in 2000 to build customized web-based Consumer Care Management Systems for Payers, Purchasers and Providers of health care. Today more than 3 million consumers in 36 states have access to WorldDoc 24/7 Personal Health Management System.
The Founders of WorldDoc Inc. enable the Foundation to expand the benefits of interactive web-based health information into customized community settings served by local organizations to impact the assessed health care needs for underserved clients.
